The former Playmate, 32, donned a tiny see-through black bikini which left little to the imagination as she enjoyed a few drinks in the sunshine and got a spray tan.
The model appeared clearly curvier than previously with less muscle definition on her limbs and a little extra fat in her tummy area.
She recently revealed on her reality show, Holly's World, that she had been asked by producers of her Las Vegas show, Peep Show, to lose weight.
